Just Like Arnie – I’m Back
January 26, 2010 by admncc
Hello everyone. I’m back. I’ve appreciated all of your e-mails over the last few weeks. I’m sorry that I fell off of the blogging wagon. I’ve just been very busy, but am diligently trying to get caught up.
And oh man, do I have some great posts in the queue. They are going to take you back to my blogging roots and show you why I decided to start The Constant Complainer in the first place – outright complaints about moronic behavior and injustices. Enjoy and I look forward to being more active both on here and with all of the blogs I visit moving forward.
P.S. For any of you American Idol fans out there, I thought both Katy Perry and Avril Lavigne embarrassed themselves tonight. Even though they are famous, they clearly have no idea what it actually takes to discover new talent. But I guess that’s what you get from a “Guest Judge.”

…American Who…??? And who’s Arnie…??? You call this a blog…??? I can get this nonsense at The Huffington Post…
Arnie is the mentally challenged little brother of Gilbert from Where in the world is Gilbert Grape. Great movie. I especially liked Johnny Depp in his portrayal of the Gilbert. This BLOG is great1 If you “can get this nonsense at The Huffington Post…,” what’s stoppin ya, NCD? See ya! wouldn’t wanna be ya, Idiot!
Wasn’t the movie “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape”…???
Seriously, who’s Arnie?
Don, are you serious? I was imitating Arnold Schwarzenegger from “The Terminator.” Of course he says “I’ll Be Back” but come on… LOL.
When has he EVER been referred to as Arnie…??? He NEVER said “I’m Back”…
I think the time off has seriously ruined your ability…
It was a play on words, dammit. Stop trying to provoke a confrontation. LOL.
Hi! Glad to see you back and hope the Mrs is doing a million times better 🙂 I replied on my site, but I’m responding here too just in case. I agreed with your comment. I had posted that in the afternoon when the story came out and then when I saw the show that night I thought Avril couldn’t have came off more dumb, childish or unprofessional if she tried.
I propose we kick NCD off the site. I LOVE THIS BLOG! NCD…not so much!
I nominate NCD for moron of the week. For once I agree with Zig.
I watched American Idol faithfully the year Kelly Clarkson won after that not so much. I think it’s a great show giving struggling singers an opportunity for fame.
The thing that kills me about guest judges is—how are you gonna get judges like Avril and Katie who can’t sing their damn selves? Why not just get Britney or Rhianna for that matter? I can understand Shania Twain, because she’s got pipes, but, seriously those two who wouldn’t make the cut themselves if they were contestants? These are the types of things that make people say that American Idol’s glory days are behind it.
